Near the end of my college softball career, I stumbled upon the CrossFit Games on TV and knew that CrossFit would fill my soon to be competitive void. I joined my first affiliate in September 2017 with the goal to compete at a high level, but simultaneously fell in love with the community and wanted to share my passion for CrossFit with others as a coach. The opportunity to crush goals and grow with the community at The Neighborhood Project is an honor to say the least. If you’re in the neighborhood, stop by and say hello!
