After rowing crew in high school, I began running during college as my primary form of fitness. In 2014, while I was training for my first marathon, I attended the CrossFit Games with my family in California and immediately knew I had to get involved. With my strong endurance foundation, I immediately gravitated towards longer workouts. My favorite CrossFit workout of all time is Triple 3’s!
During my time working with several great CrossFit and running coaches, I have gained a lot of valuable knowledge about endurance, technique, and fitness generally. I love using my knowledge and experience to help people feel more confident with “cardio” workouts, especially since so many CrossFit athletes shy away from them!
