CROSSFIT

CrossFit is composed of three definitive elements:

CrossFit uses functional movements that are similar to those you use in every day life. These movements are natural, meaning they are part of human behavior. Going from sitting to standing requires an air squat; picking things up from the floor, a deadlift; putting things on a high shelf, a shoulder press.

 

FOUNDATIONS

The first step in your CrossFit journey.

If you are new to CrossFit and functional movements, Foundations is a prerequisite to participating in our regularly scheduled group CrossFit classes. Foundations consists of four two-hour sessions over the course of a month. During these sessions, you will be introduced to the basic CrossFit movements and work a variety of skill progressions. These sessions have a low coach-to-student ratio to help you learn proper technique. Once you complete Foundations, you may join any of our regularly scheduled CrossFit classes.

COMPETITION CLUB

Practice to compete in the sport of CrossFit.

Competition isn't just for elite athletes. Competition Club provides our members with the opportunity to increase metabolic capacity, refine skills, and prepare to represent CrossFit NBHD at in-person or online events.

 

CROSSFIT KIDS

Fitness and fun for ages 7-17.

NBHD:BRBL

Develop strength and skill in the Olympic lifts.

This specialty course/club is widely accessible to CrossFit NBHD members. Everyone from newbies to experienced lifters is welcome!

 

NUTRITION

Find the balance that your body needs.

Nutrition looks different for everyone. The NBHD is excited to use our education and real-world experience to tailor-make a nutrition plan that works for you. Let us provide you with the tools and support to achieve your nutrition goals.
